apply_mask¶
Apply existing mask to input raster
usage: apply_mask [-h] [-extent {raster,mask,intersection,union}] [-invert]
[-mask_val MASK_VAL] [-out_fn OUT_FN]
src_fn mask_fn
Positional Arguments¶
| src_fn | Input raster filename |
| mask_fn | Input mask filename (can be existing raster with ndv, or binary mask) |
Named Arguments¶
| -extent | Possible choices: raster, mask, intersection, union Desired output extent Default: “raster” |
| -invert | Invert input mask Default: False |
| -mask_val | If input mask_fn is classified raster, specify value to use as mask |
| -out_fn | Output filename |
