Utility to warp stacks of rasters to the same res/extent/proj

Positional Arguments

src_fn_list Input filenames (img1.tif img2.tif …)

Named Arguments

-tr

Output resolution (default: “max”)

Default: “max”

-te

Output extent (default: “union”)

Default: “union”

-t_srs

Output projection (default: “first”)

Default: “first”

-outdir Output directory
-stack_fn Output filename
-min_dt_ptp

Minimum number of days between first and last obs for trend calculation at each valid pixel

Default: <Mock id=’140637710473360’>

-min_n

Minimum number of obs for trend calculation at each valid pixel

Default: 2

-n_cpu Number of parallel processes to use for robust trend calculation
